Work, life and <scp>COVID</scp> ‐19: a rapid review and practical recommendations for the <scp>post‐pandemic</scp> workplace

Remote working because of the COVID-19 pandemic has eroded boundaries between work and home, necessitating need to evaluate long-term impacts these changes mitigate any negative effects on workers' work-life experiences. To do so, we reviewed examined research published since start pandemic. The review yielded a sample 303 scholarly articles, with three common themes: 1) have become more permeable, behavior-based time-based conflict emerging as salient forms conflict; 2) technical demands increased, employees grapple techno-invasion, techno-overload techno-complexity; 3) psychological emotional intensified. Based key findings, call for multi-level multi-agency responses deal complex, diverse nature demands.
